Chicken Cutlet Sandwich


There are infinite possibilities of making good sandwich.  I made this one with rustic baguette; good salted butter (please use the European one that has higher fat content, taste so much more superb!) ; radish, the leaf of radish;  balsamic vinaigrette mushroom; alfalfa sprouts; grated zucchini; chicken cutlet (I bought this one from the Fairway, the very thin one); and fresh grounded black pepper.  Yummy!!

whoa that looks SUPER healthy!!! I bet with the high fat content butter it was delicious!! I can't wait until the day you open up your own cafe!! :)
