Yilan is about 40 minutes by car from Taipei. It is located at east coast of Taiwan and famous for many agriculture products, specifically scallion, rice, and this hot spring tomato. How beautiful it is!! It was grown using hot spring water (hence the name hot spring tomato). It's only March in Taiwan, the temperature is in the 70s but tomato has come to the market!! It's perfect just eating it without any dressing!!
