Good news is that we are getting a puppy, a Boston Terrier. We are flying out to Seattle to pick him up (we will also spent 2 days before picking up the puppy to try good food in Seattle). So far, we bought a dog carryon, 3 toys, bed and dog treats.
Then we decided to read about house training the dog. It just made our heads spin. There are a lot of works involved. No joke. No one in this household had a dog ever. I read thru many dog training books (I don't think I was this diligent in school) but still a little confused about house breaking by using crate because this dog is already crate train (18 weeks by the time we pick him up). Need to keep reading. Also, I will try the dog training classes. This is beyond my imagination to even think of signing up a class for a dog. But, I am not interested in picking up $%%^& in this apartment.
By the way, the puppy's name is Tres. I also bought a dog id tag.
